What is Vyke Callback Service?
Vyke Callback is a service that enables you to make low costs calls by triggering a callback to your mobile or fixed line. Once you receive the callback, you will be asked to enter the phone number you would like to call and Vyke connects you. 
     
 
     
 
How does Vyke Callback work?
You must register your phone number with the Vyke Callback system before you can make your first call. To make a call, you initiate a call to a Vyke Callback number. Your call will be disconnected automatically after 1 or 2 rings. The Vyke Callback system will then authenticate, verify and check your credit balance and call you back and request you to enter your destination number. The system will then connect you to your destination number.  
     
 
     
 
How do I register a phone number with the Vyke Callback system?
You can register in two ways. Either online here or by sending an SMS indicating your PIN number from the mobile phone that you wish to register on the Vyke Callback system. For more information, click here.  
     
 
     
 
How many phone numbers can I register with Vyke Callback system?
You can register up to five phone numbers with Vyke Callback. If you register more than five numbers, only the last five registered numbers will remain active.  
     
 
     
 
If I registered multiple phone numbers, are they sharing the same credits?
Yes, all calls made from your registered phone number will be deducted from your Vyke credits. Please note that only one call is allowed per account at the same time.  
     
 
     
 
Can I activate a fixed line phone with the Vyke Callback system?
Yes, but it should be a direct line, as the Vyke Callback system will not call back PABX numbers.  
     
 
     
 
What happens if I initiate a call to the Vyke Callback system using a non-registered phone number?
If you call the Vyke Callback system from a non-registered phone number, you will not receive a callback from the Vyke system.  
     
 
     
 
Will I be charged by my operator when I make a call to the Vyke Callback number?
No! The Vyke Callback system will not answer your call.  
     
 
     
 
Will I be charged if I do not connect or enter my destination number when the system calls me back?
If you do not connect to your destination number, or if no destination number is entered, there will be a charge for all incomplete calls since our system identifies that it has completed the first leg of the call when the system calls back to you.  
     
 
     
 
What is the other definition of an incomplete call?
A call is incomplete when the called party does not answer the call or when the call is dropped (by the network provider, etc) before the called party answers. Calls that go to the called party's voice mailbox are complete calls.
